Course Overview
The Global Hospitality and Tourism Innovation Program is designed to equip international students with practical skills, industry knowledge, and entrepreneurial insight to access high-paying roles or launch their own ventures in the global hospitality and tourism industry. This 12-week program combines immersive classroom learning, hands-on workshops, exciting field trips, and real-world industry placements in UK establishments.
At the end of the program, the top three students will each receive a £5,000 grant to kickstart their own business or project in the sector.

- Hotel and restaurant management essentials
- Using booking, POS, and CRM software systems

Weeks 5–6: Tourism Marketing & Sustainable Practices

- Social media and digital storytelling
- Eco-tourism and responsible hospitality management
Weeks 7–8: Entrepreneurship and Business Development
- How to start a tourism or hospitality business
- Financial literacy, budgeting, and funding sources
- Writing a winning business plan
Weeks 9–12: Industry Placement & Pitch Preparation
- 4-week placement with partner hotels, restaurants and travel firms
- Weekly reflection and mentoring sessions
- Final project: Business pitch to a panel of industry professionals

Business Start-Up Grant
