English for Gastronomy

With our English language instructors, expert gastronomy specialists and certified chefs, the following course encompasses both classroom-based instruction and hands-on workshops and practical sessions held at our partner restaurants and kitchens. While the minimum duration of the course is two weeks, we highly recommend a month to thoroughly explore both the language and practical aspects. The course covers various topics which can be tailored to meet the needs of individual learners or groups.

English for Travel and Tourism

Our English for Tourism program is designed to equip you with the essential language and skills necessary for a career in the industry. Lessons are tailored to focus on industry-specific vocabulary and functional language, providing plenty of opportunities for practising real-life interactions through role plays and authentic materials. Students also engage in activities such as presenting new projects, crafting itineraries, and developing marketing materials.
