Last month, DAL welcomed a new group of students from Algeria. Their speaking, listening, and writing English skills significantly improved during their time spent studying with us. We are grateful for the hardworking students we have in our Academy and we wish them nothing but success in the future. We appreciate your choice to study with us at DAL.

The Docklands Museum was such an amazing place to visit. It is located very close to us in Canary Wharf and it has many contents on display. The museum's focus is solely on the London Docks and the history behind it. We took our junior's class here to learn about the London Docks and they learnt a lot about the tools and apparatus they used on ships from different time periods.
Tate Britain was full of absolutely beautiful pieces of artwork. The displays were breath taking and there was a perfect balance of both modern and classical art. The artwork found here did more than just look nice but also made you think and try to understand the purpose and meaning behind the work. Our students absolutely loved this museum and got to appreciate art they wouldn't see anywhere else.

We would like to express our gratitude to Tan, who has successfully completed his 1-week work experience with us from Greenshaw Secondary School. He worked closely with the marketing department to create intriguing designs and was able to enhance his graphic design skills. He even worked on this months newsletter! Tan was a huge help when it came to organising workload and was able to complete his work with both quality and efficiency. Thank you, Tan! We hope your experience will be of use to you in the future!
