Celebrate the Year of the Tiger, as London's huge Chinese New Year celebrations move online in 2022: The annual parade, live performances and festival have been cancelled, but you can still join the festivities with a special programme of activity on social media.
Usually, every year, hundreds of thousands of people descend on the West End to enjoy a colourful parade, free stage performances and traditional Chinese food, and to wish each other "Xin Nian Kuai Le" (Happy New Year in Mandarin) or "San Nin Faai Lok" (in Cantonese).
However, in 2022, the usual Chinese New Year celebrations have been cancelled. Instead, follow #CNYLondon on social media to enjoy an online programme of events and activities from 31 January, see a special television broadcast on 6 February and spot the London Eye illuminated in red and gold.
