Learners develop the knowledge, understanding and skills to work as a manager and leader of a restaurant, or chain of restaurants. They gain recognised Level 5, 6 and 7 qualifications that will help with progression to employment, or towards a degree such as a BA or MSc in a related field.
Develop the knowledge, understanding and skills of learners in the field of catering and restaurant management, and provide opportunities for learners to gain a nationally recognised vocational qualification to enter employment in this sector, or to progress to higher education qualifications.
This qualification leads to further studies in catering and restaurant management, or hospitality management at postgraduate level.

Learners complete written assignments and oral presentations. These are assessed and moderated internally and by the awarding body CTH.
